There are three separate audit trails for every document signed with SigniFlow. The audit trails are transaction events associated with a user's actions. Each event is logged and time-stamped.

• PDF Audits: Fully auditable tamper-evident event embedment in the PDF and timestamps per signer
• Audit Trail: An automated history of events are logged against a unique document ID
• Secure Audit Log: A third audit log is written and sealed into the document using a combination of steganography and cryptography.

SigniFlow supports:

• System Administrator/s (role-based) create and maintain the Business Profile
• A business can have one or many Business Profiles
• Each Business Profile has its own unique settings

• One business can have many Business Profiles, each for a specific business unit
• Each business unit can then have its own Business Profile settings

• When users are created on the system, each user is assigned to a Team
• Each Team is assigned a Team Lead

• Business Administrators can edit, add and remove licenses
• This function can be automated if your Business Profile is linked to Microsft Azure Active Directory or another LDAP system

• Custom Messages are messages that users can insert when creating a workflow. Instead of creating messages manually, SigniFlow allows you to create approved messages that are available to all users in the Business Profile

• Custom Messages can be set as mandatory

• Business Admins can set up meta data structures for document types
• Additional meta data fields can be created and associated with a document type

Document tagging enables a code or barcode to be printed by SigniFlow on the document. If a barcode is created, the barcode will contain the URL of the document location. When the barcode is scanned, the device will download the document via its browser. Access (authentication) can be restricted.
