Quickview - How to sign a document

eSign from receiving an email or text message

Three easy steps will get you there:

  • Click on the link in the email or text message that you received from the sender
  • Depending on the sender's security settings, you may need to:
    1. Confirm your personal details
    2. Type in the one-time pin (OTP) received on your mobile phone
    3. Create a password to protect your signature
  • Once authenticated, the document will open. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your signature and sign the document

That's it, you're done. If the sender enabled the option during workflow setup, you will receive an email with a copy of the signed document as soon as everyone has signed it.

SigniFlow offers two types of signatures to all users. When setting up a workflow, users can set the signature type per recipient.

  • Create upload placeholders in a Portfolio and share the Portfolio with anyone to upload named documents into your Portfolio
  • Create upload placeholders in a workflow for signers to upload supporting documents when signing a document. All uploaded documents are neatly filed in the Portfolio for you to view or create further actions


Our Portfolios feature offers a customer portal where any document can be uploaded, shared and sent for eSigning.

Sharing the Portfolio with your customer means they can upload supporting documents when they sign, or directly into the portal, and the system will notify you of any activity via email.

All signed contracts are neatly filed together, with supporting documentation, creating an organised portal where documents can be easily managed and found.
